Please carefully review the following Terms & Conditions before engaging with our creative agency’s services:

1. Payment and Fees

Project fees are required in advance or as agreed upon in the project proposal. Payments for projects are typically structured as deposits and milestones with final payment due upon project completion. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for new projects.

2. Communication

Effective communication is essential for successful project delivery. Clients agree to provide timely feedback and approvals as requested to avoid delays. Communication will occur via the client’s preferred method (email, Slack, Monday, or otherwise agreed).

3. Project Scope and Deliverables

The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require a separate agreement and may incur additional fees. Intellectual property rights for final deliverables (designs, code, branding materials) will be transferred to the client upon final payment.

4. Retainers and Maintenance

Retainer services, if applicable, are billed monthly as agreed and cover maintenance, updates, or support as described in the retainer agreement. Retainer fees are non-refundable and payable in advance. Either party may terminate the retainer with written notice as per the retainer contract terms.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or retainer agreement with written notice. Upon termination, fees paid for completed work are non-refundable. If a project is terminated before completion, clients may be invoiced for work performed to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms.

6. Disclaimer

While we strive for high-quality results, specific outcomes or business results cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any third-party products or services integrated or used in conjunction with our work.
